We are here for you in case you need of help for your Jura IMPRESSA Espresso machine or your WMF Coffee Machine. You can always call us for telephone support and seek advise in case you are facing any problem with your unit. Customer Service is at our very front and your problem is important to us.
Warranty for Jura IMPRESSAs are issued as a Registration Form and a Warranty Card. You do not have to send us your Warranty Card. All necessary information is kept under the Registration Form.
Warranty Period
Currently we grant a two years Warranty on domestic Models (or 5,000 cups, whichever comes first) and one year for commercial models

Sales of Jura IMPRESSA Machines
All Jura Machines sold in Manila are, upon customer request, delivered and installed at your home. The delivery personnel will do a demonstration and set the machine to your requirements.

Servicing of Machines
As Jura Machines are normally used domestically we adopted to customers need and we provide three types of servicing:
- Carry in Service
- On Site Service
Carry in Service P1,500.00
You can carry your machine to our Service Center during office hours to get it repaired.
On Site service P3,000.00
Please arrange with our friendly operators to arrange for a service visit to your home or office.
It is always advisable to get your machine serviced at our workshop where we have computer diagnostic software and we also will be able to update your machine to the latest software version.
Warranty Works
We carry out local as well as International Warranty Works. Depending where you purchased the machine, you will be entitled to the warranty conditions as supplied during purchase. Please always produce the Sales Invoice as proof of purchase as well as the Warranty card which was issued upon purchase.

WMF COFFEE MACHINES
WMF Coffee machines are normally used commercially and can't be moved as easily, we have adopted to the needs of customers and provide on-site servicing.
Sales of WMF Coffee Machines
The prices for WMF Coffee Machines include delivery and installation of the machine at the customer place. No plumbing or electrical works will be carried out.
On Site Servicing
We carry out servicing at your office or restaurant upon arrangement of an appointment with our operators.
Service Agreement
We strongly suggest to sign for a Service Agreement for all WMF Coffee Machines. This will assure the optimal up-time of your machine.
Servicing on Cruise Liners
We carry-out servicing on Cruise Liners upon appointment of a minimum of 3 working days. All necessary documentation / passes have to be arranged by the Ship or their appointed Agents.
