As Commercial Coffee machines cannot be carried that easily and, unless it is a complete overhaul, servicing shall always be performed on site.
We shall have the following options for customers to choose from:
1.1. On-Site Service (Fee: Php 5,000.00)
We conduct servicing at the customer place and the fee charged shall be for transport and labour charge. The fee is independent of time and also shall cover an eventual second visit if required due to parts requirements. Spare Parts will be billed separately
1.2. Collect - Return Servicing for overhaul (Fee: Php 15,000.00)
If a machine needs a complete overhaul it might not be possible to do the service on site. In these cases we shall bring the machine back to our workshop for repair / overhaul. The fee includes transportation and repair works, but is exclusive of parts used during the repair
1.3. Service in restricted Areas (Fee: Php 8,000.00)
If the servicing has to be carried out at an restricted area, the cost of servicing is at Php 8,000.00 due to prolonged time required and the handling of passes. A restricted area is a place where there is no access for the public and the entry is subjected to a pass. All costs involved in obtaining a pass are at the customer's expenses.
1.4 Installation, calibration and setup of Machines not purchased from Conlins (Fee: Php 20,000.00)
