At Conlins, we guarantee freshness by only roasting when you make an order. We use custom packaging that features a one-way valve, to ensure that carbon dioxide can escape and no oxygen can get in, protecting the coffee from oxidation. When you unseal our packages the intoxicating aroma you inhale is coffee at it's finest. Roasted coffee is perishable, so Conlins measures coffee freshness in hours and days after roasting, not weeks or months. If any of Conlins coffees fail to meet your expectations, please contact us.
